Room in shared home-Madison St-Princeton

Available for move-in August 1, 2025. Room on second floor in shared home with 3 others.

Hi there! We are Nicolas (PhD student), Carrie (PhD student), and Graham (working professional, Carrie's partner) and we're looking for one person to join our...
house.

We strongly value building community in our home (e.g., sharing kitchen staples and occasional dinners together as a house, impromptu lounging and friendly chats after busy days, gathering friends together for weekly movie nights, hosting folks when they visit from out of town, etc.). Of course, we are also adults with busy schedules who value flexibility and respect each other's independence. We are looking for someone who values a clean, quiet, and welcoming living space.

The house is a 4-bed 2.5-bath in an ideal location: we're on a quiet neighborhood street a short walk north of campus, shops, restaurants, and transportation. We have a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room as well as front and back porches. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living/dining common areas are fully furnished. Our duplex also has a private-access basement with a washer and dryer. Know that our basement has plenty of storage space if you need but it is not climate controlled.

The available room is on the second floor and gets an amazing amount of natural light. The room has a double-door closet and comes with a window AC unit installed. Two bookshelves that belong to Carrie are currently in the room; you may either keep them there for your use or help us move them to the basement if you'd prefer. Otherwise the room will be unfurnished with the potential to buy off some furniture from the current occupant if interested. You would share a recently renovated bathroom with Carrie and Graham, who together occupy the third floor of the house. Rent is $1,180 dollars per month (plus utilities and internet costs, shared equally).

If you're interested, let us know (message via WhatsApp preferred)! We'd love to hear from you!
Carrie, Nicolas, and Graham

Notes: Due to our teaching commitments, we are looking for graduate students or professionals only (no undergrads, sorry!).

A well mannered, quiet dog will be considered but must be discussed with and approved by the landlord directly.
