The two story townhome is fully furnished with beds, a... sectional, a kitchen table and chairs, a sixty-inch television (which I can pack up if you don't watch TV), and kitchenware. It has a nice little backyard and a massive front lawn.

All utilities and high-speed internet are included in rent (typically $450.00 a month). Great location. Directly across from the YWCA and Burke Foundation preschool. Five minute walk to downtown Princeton. Ten minute walk to Princeton University campus. Plenty of parks, libraries, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Very kid-friendly and a wonderful community overall.
