Hello all! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at a cute shared house with 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms starting in early September (lease ends in May but you are free to renew with the other tenants or move after). Rent for the room is $1... ,010 a month plus utilities. The other three housemates are Ph.Ds working at the university and one of them has a cat.
