Available February 1, 2026. Rent a private room in the house of retired Princeton staff. We are a friendly semi-retired couple with small quiet dog.

Features include: studio apartment with separate entrance and private bathroom in shared home; a bed... and basic furniture available, or you can use your own; room has a small kitchenette (with microwave, toaster oven, and small fridge).

In addition you would have full access to the main kitchen and washer/dryer. Rent includes all utilities, including fast Wi-fi.

Location is a half-mile to the Princeton shuttle Tiger Transit bus - Route 4 (693 Alexander Rd.) One- mile to Princeton Junction train station and 3 miles to main campus. Plenty of parking.

Although we say "6-month" lease we can be flexible.
