Walk/bike to campus, shops, restaurants and transportation. It is less than 2 miles to campus and the Dinky Station, and about 2.5 miles... to Palmer Square. Free TigerTransit bus shuttle is available a short walk from the house.
Features include: three bedrooms on the top floor along with a laundry room and two bathrooms (one of which you would share);downstairs 1,000-square foot open-plan area that includes two living room spaces and a dining room as well as a completely separate kitchen, two closets, and a bathroom;one-car garage and a small garden;terrace with a large table and chairs overlooking a shared garden area and quite large lawn in rear of building.
One of the housemates is a postdoc at Princeton University. The other is a former faculty member at Princeton and a full-time writer and teacher. House is cleaned weekly.
