Renting a single bedroom in a 5 bedroom house within walking/biking distance to campus. Listed price is the monthly rent without any other expenses - utilities will add an extra $100-$200 per month depending on the season.
The room does not come... with furnishings, but the current tenant is willing to sell some items, including a window mounted A/C and a bed frame.
The 5 of us share a single bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Some of us store bikes on our covered front porch as well.
There are two parking spots available for the next 3 tenants who move-in. Please let us know if you will or will not be bringing a vehicle.
Since our lease does not allow subletting, we do have a strong preference for tenants who can commit to a 12 month lease.
