This townhouse is in the desirable Merwick Stanworth housing complex for Princeton faculty and staff, and more so, it's in the part of the complex that is closest to campus: less than a 15-minute walk from Nassau Hall.
Features include: living room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room on the first floor. A nook near the stairs is a natural spot for a dining table or an entertainment center. Three windows with southwestern exposure offer a view of the wide green space right in front of the house, and two doors provide easy access from the outside. A large, covered porch has enough room for outdoor entertaining, potted plants, bicycle storage.
