We are 3 undergrad transfer students looking for a responsible roommate for a 1 year renewable lease.

THE HOUSE: A historical house in the beautiful Mill Hill neighborhood, right next door to a theatre. It's a 3-floor building, you... get your own spacious bedroom on the 3rd floor, along with the upstairs living room. There is also a loft space (not pictured) that can be converted into a work nook, reading area, or extra storage. The kitchen, bathroom and the 2nd floor living room are shared with other tenants.

ABOUT US: We are a group of nerdy queer transfer students looking for a responsible, clean (-ish?) roommate. We have a very well behaved adult cat who keeps to himself. We host people often and are very community oriented, you are always welcome to join us but no pressure. You are absolutely welcome to invite people over as well, but we do have a no-crazy-party-policy.
