NEAR CAMPUS: Spacious, Private Room in a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom shared house--female or male mid 20s-mid 30s preferred

Housemates are young professionals in the area – all in their late 20s and mid 30s. The four other housemates are one woman and... three men.

The housemates are friendly and respectful, looking for the same. Convenient for Princeton University affiliates, as it is located on Wiggins Street, very close to Nassau Street and campus. **Housemates would prefer someone willing to move in longer term **(1-2 years, but we understand life changes). A woman is preferred to maintain gender balance but open to men.

Move-in date is August 1st, 2025.

The house is big, with several living spaces on the first floor, a front porch, and a nice kitchen. There is a ping pong table and foosball table. One bathroom on the first floor, and another bathroom on the second floor. All five bedrooms are on the second floor. Washer and dryer on the first floor (free). There is some yard area in the back of the house, and off-street parking that housemates use for their cars.

Some logistics and costs:
$675 USD monthly rent;
No deposit required, but the 1st months rent is paid in advance, upon acceptance;
Utilities, cleaning, and internet average $100 month per tenant (split evenly);
No pets;
No smoking (indoors).

We will arrange for an in-person and/or virtual tour of the house for candidates, and a meeting with the other housemates for the selection process in the coming weeks.
