Features include: new full size bed (54 inches wide), on request a... second twin size bed can be set up, to sleep two persons separately; stylish large glass work desk with good lighting and lower keypad pull-out shelf, with lovely view into green outdoors. Shelving and storage in room, plus may also use (large and empty) basement for additional items / boxes. Bathroom is shared with one other tenant. Washer and dryer located in shared bathroom, used by all. Large sunny family/reading room upstairs with cathedral ceiling and comfortable sitting area. Open space floorplan downstairs; large kitchen, fully equipped, plus dining and living room, with new 50" TV, 4KHD. Netflix, Peacock and AppleTV+. Front porch and yard use allowed.

Entry to house is through front door on porch via keypad lock; you have your own private code. Kitchen doors at back of house lock and unlock from inside, allowing easy access to yard and private car parking area behind house.
Two other bedrooms also leased in this 3BR house. All 3 rooms provided with private door locks on request.
