Additional details: long-term tenant preferred, no deposit required, room is furnished (bed, dresser, desk, lamp etc.), and we have other misc. furniture available. Backyard for barbecues. Parking is not available (must secure externally, if needed).

We're looking for responsible, clean, considerate new housemate(s). The house also has another room available - a smaller room with a shared bathroom. Please see our other listing to view details of the smaller room.

Housemates are two full-time working professionals in the Princeton area.
We'd love it if you're up for kayaking, biking, and skiing adventures with us. Walk/bike to shops, restaurants & transportation. Private bathroom.
