Condo is on second floor and faces parking lot with mature trees. Quiet complex. Pool, recycling and garbage are close. Close to public transportation. Easy walk to campus. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.
Owner is a public school teacher in Trenton NJ and is on the quiet side.
