Available January 1, 2026. Furnished room with adjacent bathroom, located just off the kitchen on the main floor, in a home. The family bedrooms/baths are upstairs. Our kids are away at college.

Flexible for short stays of visiting the University....

Features include: desk/dresser, 2 closets, kitchen/laundry access, utilities and Internet. Queen size bed. Linens and towels are provided if you need them. Enjoy the garden and front porch. Parking is available in the shared driveway. No overnight street parking is permitted by the town. Utilities and internet included in rent.

We have 2 friendly indoor/outdoor cats, so best for an individual who isn't allergic. No smoking or pets are permitted.

Walk/bike to campus, shops, restaurants and transportation. Great location if you don’t have a car.

We speak French, Spanish, and some Portuguese and have welcomed many University scholars over the years.
We're happy to provide references from previous residents. Includes private bathroom,utilities and Internet.
