Furnished room with a private bathroom in shared home. Utilities and Internet costs are shared.
This is a shared home with currently one male (36) and... two females (38 & 28): a mix of University alumni and working professionals. There will be 4 residents total in the house. The social community of our house is very important to us: we often eat dinner and watch movies together. Best for a compatible and social housemate.

Features include: 2.5 bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with two refrigerators.
No smoking or pets are permitted. No parking on-site, but there's a municipal garage nearby for permit parking.
Walk to campus, shops, restaurants and transportation.
