Available late August 2026 or September 1 2026. Furnished bedroom room for female in shared home. Rent is $600/mo.

Bedroom features: top floor bedroom comes furnished with a full bed, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, mattress, and armoire. Other... features about the house: dishwasher, in unit wash/dryer (not coin operated), backyard with grill, friendly & fun housemates who like to cook, be outside, swim, socialize, watch TV together.

Utilities (electricity, gas, wifi) tend to be ~60/month pp in the summer and ~80/month pp in the winter (heating oil).

Current tenants are female graduate students/post docs. We are looking for someone who wants to join our friendly and sociable living environment. This would be ideal for a graduate student who is interning this summer and coming back to campus in late August. We are looking for someone now as all current tenants would like to meet the new person and it's easier to coordinate schedules while we're all still here during the semester. PU affiliation is preferred but not required.

The lease is technically month-to-month, but we are looking for someone who can commit to at least a year. We can work out an exact move-in date, either sometime between August 21-31 (and you pay prorated August rent) or you start paying rent September 1st.
