Free Townhome Stay in Exchange for Cat Sitting

Free townhome stay (17 August - 1 September ONLY) in exchange for caring for our cat.

The townhome is located on Franklin Avenue near Witherspoon Street, so it only takes 10 minutes on foot to reach the centre of town. The townhome is also located... near a bus stop and can accomodate 1 car.

The townhome is on 3 levels - basement with office, main level with half bath and porch, and second level with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The townhome is fully furnished and equipped with its own washer/dryer, AC, WiFi, and more.

Our cat is a 12 year old female tabby who mostly loves to lounge on her window perch and get spolied with treats! She doesn't have any medical conditions and doesn't require any medication. You would need to clean her bowls and replace her food/water, as well as clean her litter box once a day.

We will only accept faculty or post-doctorate students - 1 single adult OR a couple plus 1 child.

The townhome is part of an Avalon community HOWEVER, you will only get access to the townhome; you will NOT get access to any of the common areas.
