Bedroom in shared house, walking distance from campus (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Available October 1, 2026: one bedroom in a shared two-story home. You and two other housemates will rent one side of a duplex. The property owner lives on the other side (separate address). Your housemates are a couple named Max and Allison. We are... excited to meet you!

For students, the house is an easy ten-minute walk from Princeton campus. It's on a pleasant neighborhood block with lots of trees.There are three high quality grocery stores within a mile radius. Overnight parking is restricted to residents, but you are welcome to safely store a bicycle on the back porch.

We are flexible on time. Ideally, we are looking for someone interested in sigining a twelve-month lease. However, if you need housing for the rest of the academic year, or want a shorter lease, let us know.

See photos for your room, which has nice wooden floors, big windows, and gets lovely sunlight. Please note that the room comes furnished with a bed, desk, curtains and shelving unit. You have the option to hold onto those items or substitute your own furniture. Either one is fine!

The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor. Features include central heat and A/C, dining room, furnished common spaces, a big kitchen with a dishwasher, basement washer & dryer, and an attic area that can be used as storage for suitable items.

The cost of rent ($1,333 per month) does not include utilities, which you will split evenly with your two housemates. These include gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, and water.

Please be mindful, for those with allergies, that there is also a cat in the house. All are welcome and encouraged to apply, but most people with a cat allergy do tend to sniffle around him.
