1BR suite in home-Pine St-Burlington

Available June 1, 2025. Unfurnished bedroom suite on first floor of furnished shared 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Home would be shared with Princeton University affiliate. Home is located 30 minutes by car to Princeton.
Features include: separate...
back entrance, coat closet, bathroom (sink, toilet, large shower, linen closet), an 11’x11’ eat-in kitchenette (sink, fridge, countertop electric burners, microwave), a smaller 11’x11’ bedroom with closet, and a larger 13’x11’ room with no closet that could be used as a bedroom, living room, or office. There are two doors (one in the kitchenette and one in the larger room) that can close the space off from the rest of the house, so it acts like a separate apartment. There is laundry in the basement that is shared. Since there’s no oven in the kitchenette, the oven in the main kitchen can be shared. There is a nice-sized fenced-in backyard with deck/patio, grill, and fire pit. The driveway fits two cars comfortably, and there is ample street parking. The house is fully furnished except for the rooms for rent, and we would have our separate spaces.

The house is on a quiet street 1.5 miles from downtown Burlington, which is full of shops and restaurants, and a stop for the NJ Transit River Line (which runs between Trenton and Camden). It’s right off Rt 130, and about 8 minutes by car to the NJ Turnpike, Rt 295, and the Burlington-Bristol Bridge. Half an hour to Philly, 20 minutes to the Trenton Transit Center, half an hour to Princeton, an hour to the shore.

Monthly rent is $1750/month for a single person, or $1850/month for a couple, inclusive of all utilities and storm-ready 1GB Wi-Fi. $800 security deposit to move in, refundable at move-out if there’s no damage.
Looking for someone responsible/clean/considerate with reliable income. No smoking or vaping in the house. Preferable no pets. I’m looking for someone to sign a 12-month roommate agreement. Message me for more details/pictures if you (or someone you know) might be interested! No application fee, but I’ll need a prospective housemate to fill out an application so I can run a background check.
