I am an incoming Princeton postdoc, environmental consultant and historian (female, 35 y.o.) assembling a house of early-to-mid-career professionals and/or postdocs.

I have one available room left in a 3BR house for sublease. It is the largest of... the bedrooms (~215 square feet), on the second floor. The rent before utilities is $1695/mo.

If needed, the bedroom could come partially furnished.

The bedroom as two closets, a smaller one and a larger one. It can fit many different furniture arrangements including queen and full beds with other furnishings. The second-floor bathroom associated with the bedroom is shared with one other Princeton affiliate.

Sublets are allowed with my permission and permission of landlord.

The shared living space will come furnished with two couches, bookshelves, a dining table, chairs, and houseplants.
