This is a "historic" building built with Princeton Quarry Stone like a fortress between 1865- 1893. During its early life this building has been a Night spot, a brothel, and a jail house. Known then as Vorhees Hall when in 1919 it became Rocky Hill Borough Hall with a courthouse inside. Later it became The Rocky Hill town hall until the 1970's when the town sold it and it was made into high end apartments.

This building has 5 apartments/ tenants who are screened in person. Tenant compatibility is extremely important.
